Look how easy it is in GOOGLE CHROME to create a DESKTOP SHORTCUT for a WEBPAGE! This works for Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.!

After you create the Desktop Shortcut, click on the name and you can rename it something short and easy. The Shortcut icons might look different for websites but everything in Google will have the Google Chrome icon. This is why it's important to give it a short and easy name that's quickly identifiable, since all of the Google Shortcut icons will look the same.
